A&R Lead Intake

Carpet Cleaning Co. · Calgary

Quote-request intake automation triggered when a customer submits the booking form. Validates the lead, syncs to Google Sheets, and notifies the owner.

The actual workflow

The full n8n graph as it runs in production.

A&R Lead Intake workflow in n8n: webhook receives form submission, validates required fields, appends to the master Google Sheet, notifies the owner.

Webhook → field validation → append to master Sheet → owner notification. Lightweight by design.

The problem

The booking form fed an inbox the owner checked between jobs, sometimes hours after submission. By then the customer had often called two competitors and booked one. Speed-to-lead is the difference between winning and losing the job, especially in a service category where most customers don’t shop around twice.

Detailed walkthrough coming soon

I’m writing up the validation rules, payload schema, and notification routing for this workflow. The graph above is the production version. If you want a deep walkthrough before it’s published, get in touch.
