The problem

Even bookings made days in advance can fall off a customer’s radar. Manually pinging every customer the night before to confirm was eating an hour of the owner’s evening, and the nights it didn’t happen, no-show rates noticeably ticked up. Service businesses run on time slots; an empty slot is revenue you can’t get back.
